The fresh new 2022 Honda TRX90X is the small ATV that provides endless reliability and all-day fun. First of all, it’s compact and is ideal for younger riders. For 2022, the manufacturer will make some small exterior changes, including new graphics and color-matched shock springs. However, everything else, as the engine, will be unchanged.
Like its predecessor, the new Honda TRX90X is powered by a single-overhead-cam engine that offers a usable powerband. The manufacturer uses a proven 86cc SOHC four-stroke engine that offers smooth, useable power delivery. On top of that, it comes with a push-button electric starter to ensure hassle-free starting in all conditions.
2022 Honda TRX90X Upgrades
The 2022 Honda TRX90X is a very versatile ATV that is proportional excellent for younger riders. Actually, it’s very attractive, and it offers a comfortable ride thanks to the independent suspension. On top of that, it has a rugged shock absorber with 2.6 inches of travel for better control. Like the outgoing model, the new one comes with the same single-shock rear suspension for extra handling.
From the information that we got, the manufacturer will introduce some new colors as well. One can choose between the White color option with pink stripes, Olive with exclusive Honda Phantom Camo, or a classic Honda Red. The new Honda TRX90X sports black frames and black wheels too.
2022 Honda TRX90X Powertrain Specs
As before, Honda will use a proven engine on the 2022 Honda TRX90X. That means we will once again see the same 86cc SOHC four-stroke engine that offers great performance and legendary reliability. The TRX90X also uses a durable four automatic and a versatile four-speed transmission that is geared to deliver adequate power.
As we mentioned, the convenient, push-button electric starter is available as well, and it will ensure hassle-free starting in all conditions.
Price, Release Date
So far, the Honda TRX90X was one of the most affordable ATVs on the market. Generally speaking, we think that price for the 2022 model year will slightly jump. The current model starts at $3099 before a destination charge of $250. This model is very beginner-friendly, offering just the right size for younger riders.
On the other hand, it provides great fun, thanks to its rugged single-overhead-cam engine that is paired with a versatile four-speed transmission. Reportedly, the new Honda TRX90X variant will arrive at the end of the year as the 2022YM.
