By After revealing the fantastic Honda CBR1000RR, the manufacturer also confirm that the 2021 Honda CB1100X adventure bike is in the works. Interestingly, Japanese sources say that we can expect CB500X and NC750X models alongside this bike as well.
The first images of the upcoming CB1100X are revealed by Japanese bike magazine AutoBy, and we must admit, this model looks incredibly handsome. Basically, it follows the other ‘X’ machines’ footsteps, providing adventure styling and powerful Africa Twin 1084cc cylinder engine.
2021 Honda CB1100X Features and Design
The design of the upcoming 2021 Honda CB1100X from the first look is attractive and sporty. If you didn’t know, Honda has announced a few months ago that it is working on the motorcycles that will be equipped with the parallel Africa Twin powertrains.
The first model, CMX1100 Rebel, has already been presented to the public, and Honda CB1100X is on the way. Interestingly, the newly available images reveal a new frame design built around the Africa Twin engine. We also like everything on this bike, starting from the beautifully shaped LED headlight to a sporty exhaust system and colors.
Engine Specs
Like the Honda Africa Twin, the new 2021 Honda CB1100X will be available with the same engine and transmission. That means it will gain the power from the potent 1084cc parallel twin-cylinder engine with the Unicam control system.
Basically, this engine is one of the most powerful in the market. It produces 75 kW (100.5 horses) and 105 Nm/74 lb-ft. From the information that we got, this bike will send power through a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic DCT. As for the consumption, it will probably be rated 48 MPG (20.4km/L) MT; 49 MPG (20.8km/L) DC.
2021 Honda CB1100X Release Date and Price
The new 2021 Honda CB1100X is coming, and that’s perhaps the most exciting news. As we mentioned, some of the images emerged, and this adventure bike looks handsome.
